PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (£), are inclusive of VAT and are accurate at the time of publication. You can pay by cheque by any debit or credit card. We accept online payment in a secure environment by debit or credit card - we currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch and Solo.
ORDERING PROCESS AND ERRORS
If you are ordering through our website, your order will be placed when you press the "confirm order" button at the end of the checkout process and you are able to correct errors on your order up until this point. However you order, if you have supplied us with a valid email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. We will also let you have details of how you can track your order. This is not an order acceptance, which will take place on the despatch to you of the goods.
CHANGING AN ORDER
If you wish to change an order prior to delivery of the goods, we will do what we can to assist you. Please contact one of our customer service advisors on 01462 441115 or by email to shawn@gilatimur.fsnet.co.uk Please be aware, if we are able to change an order for you, the delivery time and the price you have been quoted may change as a consequence.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you order online, over the telephone or by mail order, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 8 working days of delivery. We will refund (within 30 days) all monies paid by you to us, provided you cancel the contract within the required time and return to us the goods you ordered in perfect condition. We recommend that you return the goods in or with the original packaging to ensure that the goods are not damaged on their return journey. Please see our "Returns Policy" for details of how to return goods.
