We do not charge for delivery on items purchased at the full retail price, if your purchase has been subject to discount the following charges will apply:
- Purchase up to £250 a £20 charge will apply
- Purchase up to £500 a £30 charge will apply
- Purchase up to £1000 a £50 charge will apply
- Purchase over £1000 a £75 charge will apply
At present we do not usually deliver outside the mainland United Kingdom or to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland, Scottish Islands or BFPO addresses – however, if you do wish to receive goods outside of mainland UK, we will try to assist so please contact us for an individual quote.
We aim to deliver all goods within 10 working days of receiving the customers’ order and will contact the customer to this effect. We take all reasonable steps to meet these estimated timescales, however, occasionally, the availability of your goods may be delayed for reasons beyond our control (such as material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand) so all delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed and we cannot accept any liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from delivery outside of these estimated timescales. We will, however, make every effort to keep you informed of any such delays. Where (in very rare circumstances) we are unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of the delivery date you arranged with us, you may cancel your order.
Goods delivered by us will be placed in a room of the customers’ choosing, provided reasonable access is available. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that all goods can pass safely through all doorways, passageways etc, should this not be the case the delivery driver will place the goods at the nearest safe point to the intended destination.
It is essential that we are provided with contact details of the person receiving the delivery.
