Unusual Gift Ideas

If you are not happy with the goods that you have chosen, you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt and we will willingly offer you an exchange or a refund (if cancelled within your legal rights), provided that the goods are returned in perfect condition, unused and ideally in or with the original packaging (together with the original receipt/delivery note). When returning any goods (except where the item is faulty) it is your responsibility to arrange, and pay for, the return of the goods to us. If you fail to return the goods and we have to arrange for the goods to be collected from you, please be aware that the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit so we strongly recommend that you send the goods by recorded delivery or obtain some other proof of posting.


We make every effort to ensure that goods arrive in a good condition. However, in the event of goods being faulty or damaged, please contact us on 01462 441115 or by email to enquiries@gilatimurshop.co.uk as soon as possible following receipt of the goods (and, in any event, within 7 days). Our aim is to respond to all customer queries within 1 working day of receipt. Our customer service working hours are 9am to 5pm.
